The process begins with clear communication to understand what result you are wanting and expecting.  Michael offers service with and without polishing the case and bracelet components for those who want their watch to look new again or for those who want their watch to retain its life story and character.
Once the watch has been examined and the goals established, a quote will be provided.

If the quote is approved, the watch is completely disassembled and every component is cleaned thoroughly with any damaged components restored or replaced.  For full restoration projects, Michael is able to refinish movement components also. The watch is then assembled, lubricated, regulated and tested for function and performance.
